Description This pattern is an offer! It contains both patterns of the diptych. The patterns are based on a work by Albert Smit (1878-1946) An image of the original work is included in the pattern. I did embroider these patterns with Au Ver à Soie-Soie d’Alger. After they were finished I handpicked the colours to DMC. Both colour ranges show a lot similarity, but there always will be little differences. Computer images of the DMC versions are included in the pattern. Black-work stitches are easy to make, they are explained in the pattern.
