My regular chest guard gets very hot on sunny days and I was looking for a more breathable guard. This is a good option and has a snapping buttons instead of a plastic clasp, which I think will last longer.The mesh material is a bit plasticky, but lightweight and breathable. The edges and front portion is made of real leather.Adjusting the size is pretty easy and the whole thing folds nicely into my quiver storage pocket.Main complaint is the adjustment clamp, which appears very light duty.
